COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR PASSENGER



Ø  Each and every passenger of Flight/ Ship must pass through the Instant Rapid Test at arrivals, Testing Kit Cost INR 2500/- , and after subsidiary from Local Govt. you need to pay 500/- for per passenger.



Ø  If you found Negative after testing then you are COVID free certified and can travel in Andaman Islands as per the Schedule package given to you.



Ø  If you found Positive then you will be sending to the Govt. Guest House or Resort or Hotel or Transit accommodation all of these are Govt. properties and star accommodations. Govt. will provide food and treatment free of cost, doctor will visit your room twice a day. In case you find severe, then they will shift you to the hospital free of cost but if they will charge any extra cost, that would be bear by you.



Ø If you found Positive then you will be sending to undergo Institutional isolation till recovery from COVID-19 and you will not get the any refund amounts of the Package.



Ø  During Departure no COVID test will be done.



ØAll cruise partners are strictly following SOP, they allowing only passengers having COVID free certificate and they also check temperature before boarding, also operating with 50% capacity.



CANCALLATION POLICY OF ANDAMAN GREAT HOLIDAYS



If you cancel your Holiday  You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be refunding your account. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below:



Cancellation charges  Land Package  * 30 days or more before departure: 40% of total cost + Service Fee * 29 – 20 days before departure: 60% of total cost + Service Fee * Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost



*In case of no show: 100%



*Andaman Great Holidays charges a separate service fee of Rs 1000/- per person for all cancellations.



PLEASE NOTE:-



**No refund for cancellations on bookings from 15th December to 15th January.



**No refunds for unused nights or early check-out in hotels.



**For customers who pay Online, Please note we will charge 3% online payment gateway fee (Transaction Fee).



**For customers who pay Offline/Bank/Cheque/NEFT/RTGS etc, we are not charging any additional transactional fee, but booking will confirm after receiving the amount.



**If case payment is not received as per payment Policy/Mention in invoice Schedules, your booking will be auto cancel after sending 2-3times reminder to you & no refund will be apply.



Note: - We are requested to you please bring your payment slip, payment receipt, Bank slip, Cheque details arrival at Andaman, without details not confirm the payment. 



Important Note:-



**At Hotel Check-out time is 08.00 a.m.



**Early check in and late checkout subject to availability.



**Extra supplement cost @ 25% is applicable from 15 Dec. – 15 Jan.



**A Compulsory Additional supplement charge for Christmas Eve and New Years Eve celebration (24 Dec, 25 Dec 2019,31 Dec in Every years), Extra as per hotel policy.



**Full ferry ticket charges are applicable for kids above 12 months.



**The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only and subject to change without any prior notice. Payment Policy and Cancellation Policy apply as per mention in invoice.



**Port Blair to Havelock & Neil Transfer by private Cruise (Makruzz/Green Ocean/Bhagya Express) kindly note if private ferry is not operational or unavailable of seat at the time of booking then Passengers will be proceeded by Govt. Ferry as an alternate option.



 



**We will not be held responsible in case of Cancellation of any Boat/ferry(like Makruzz/Green Ocean/DSS/Coastal Cruise Etc) subject to Weather conditions or any reason, but if the Boat/ferry will refund then we will refund same.



**No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or Private (Speed Catamaran) tickets, if already purchased.



**In case of elephant beach is not operational then the clients will be provided with alternate tour either to kalapathar beach or radhanagar beach no refund will be initiated.



POINTS TO NOTE FOR TEAMS & CONDITIONS



** The final Confirmation Voucher will send to you after receiving the advance payment.



**We are not liable for any personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.



** We are not responsible for cancellation of flight due to airlines problems or any other reasons and if they provide any refund we will directly pay to you after deducting our service charges.



** We are not responsible for paying the additional expenses due to the changes or delays in air, road, sea or indeed any other causes, all such expenses will have to be bear by you directly. 



**If you miss or unused any inclusions for example (accommodation, meals, sightseeing, water sport Activities , vehicle) then it will not refunded to you. 



**For Domestic Travel Guard Policy T&C apply as per insurance company.



Additional Information: -



**It is mandatory to carry photo ID proof ( Like Aadhaar Card, Election card, Pass port, Nationalized Bank ,Govt. Servant Id Proof), while you are on tour. 



** Due to internet problem in Andaman...So it wouldn't be possible for online & card payments here.



** In Andaman & Nicobar only the (AIRTEL, BSNL AND VODAFONE) are the main network services providers, so please carry a sim card of these networks.



  **Please note that our Tour Executive will be awaiting you holding a placard with your name, at the exit gate of the Veer Savarkar International Airport. 



** Also carry some summer type cloths, swim dress if need, slipper type for sea beach, 01 no. umbrella as per weather condition. 



**ATMs are available at Port Blair easily. At Neil island have no ATM, Havelock Island & other island you will get rear ATM’s.



POINTS TO NOTE FOR SIGHTSEEING & VEHICLE:



**After check in at hotel, our representative will describe you the itinerary days wise and also guide you if you required any information.



** Closing day : Baratang Island – Lime Stone Cave , City Tour , Jolly Buoy , Mount Harriet , Ross & Smith Island is closed on Monday & Ross Island is closed on Wednesday & occasionally. Light & Sound Show is totally depend on whether condition. Once the ticket will purchase it can’t be reschedule & refundable.



**Bratang island have a restricted area so you will maintain law and order, don’t disturb tribal people, don’t provide any type of food and photography for tribal Peoples. If you create any problem in that particular area, then penalty will imposed against you by appropriate authority. We will not take any responsibility for your any type of misconduct.



**The vehicle will be used as per our tour itinerary & will change sector wise. If the vehicle is used beyond the tour timings or itinerary, extra charges will be applicable and pay directly at Port Blair to our tour representative.



** All the sightseeing mentioned in itinerary are depends on weather conditions. If boat/Ferry will cancel due to bad weather condition we will arrange an alternate tour at Port Bair but we will not provide you accommodation, it will be extra will pay by you.



** Due to inclement weather condition that may occur at Port Blair or other places, some of the sightseeing spots can be visited but may not be suitable for Water activities like( snorkeling ,Scuba Diving, Under water sea walk & Glass Boat Ride etc.



**According to your itinerary vehicle is provide but if you want to go any places accept your itinerary then you will pay extra cost directly to our company.(like additional sightseeing ,Night diner outside hotel etc.



POINTS TO NOTE FOR HOTEL SECTORS:-



**In any circumstances, i.e. Due to Ferry/Boat cancellation, if the customer not able to reach their arrival destination, the charge for extra arrangement (like hotel,Car,ferry etc) of Departure destination shall be paid by the customer itself. And if any refund from arrival destination’s Hotel depend on hotelier, if they shall refund then we will refund the same or customer shall take the refund from the hotelier if possible, we are not responsible for same.



**In any circumstances, i.e. Due to flight cancellation or delay of ship, the customer has not reached to arrival destination on the arrival date, the charges for hotel, sightseeing etc shall be paid by the customer itself.



**You agree that the terms of the holiday packages may be subject to change at short notices due to circumstances beyond control included but not limited to force majeure events etc.



**On the Check Out date, if the flight/ ship will be cancelled or delayed, the extra charges shall be paid or on the decision of hotelier by the customer itself. Use of room for day use between 09:30hrs - 1600 hrs will be charged at 100% of published hotel tariff, subject to availability.



**Hotel check in time will be 9:00AM to 7:00 PM & Check out time will be 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM No refund for unused nights or early check out.



POINTS TO NOTE FOR GOVERNMENT FERRY:



1. Please note that whereas we undertake to provide you with a place on the sailing, a fixed seat is sometimes not possible and you may have to travel on deck. By default we book only the base category in Government Ferry.



2. Ferry timings are subject to change at the government's discretion, and we assume no liability for disruption in schedule owing to the same, although we will do our best to implement your itinerary to the fullest and provide you with commensurate back-up options in case you are stranded for (say) the first night at Port Blair and the cost of the same will need to be borne by the guest.



3.For all foreign national the RAP is required to book tickets and hence can only be bought after your arrival subject to availability. Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket.



4. Andaman Great Holidays merely assist guest with transfers and incase of non availability of tickets or cancellations our liability is limited to the value of the ticket. We will certainly assist in arranging alternates and offer the same to the guest payment for which can be made directly.



POINTS TO NOTE FOR MV MAKRUZZ / GREEN OCEAN etc./ GOVERNMENT FERRY:



** In case Makruzz /Green Ocean /Coastal Cruise/ Govt. Ferry are not operational due to bad weather condition, technical or other unavoidable reasons, we shall make the best possible alternate arrangements if as per availability. However, we will not be liable for any refund claims arising issues from this. 



**Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and incase the same is not available, we shall try and block you either on the DELUXE or ROYAL category and the difference amount will be extra will pay by you. We offer to book only the base category in our standard package.
